摘　　要：目的:为了改善传统体检模式下,每日体检人数不定,各时段体检人数分布不均,高峰时段人员拥挤秩序混乱的情况,尤其是疫情过后更要防止人员扎堆交叉感染。方法:通过引入分时段体检预约模式,向用户提供智能导诊服务,设计了一套分时段体检预约管理系统。结果:用户通过在线体检预约,只需在预约时段前来体检,并根据智能导诊提示进行检查。结论:通过分时段预约管理,能将体检者平均安排在各个时段,有效控制现场体检人数,减少用户体检排队时长,进一步提升体检用户满意度。Objective:Under the traditional physical examination mode,the number of daily physical examination is uncertain,the number of physical examinations in each period is uneven,the peak period is crowded,and the order is chaotic.Especially after the epidemic to prevent people from piling up cross-infection,We should improve the traditional physical examination mode.Methods:By introducing the time-division physical examination appointment mode and providing the smart guidance service to the users,a set of time-division physical examination appointment management system is designed.Results:Users through the online medical appointment,just in the appointment period to come to the medical examination,and according to the smart guidance tips for examination.Conclusion:By means of time-division appointment management,the physical examinees can be arranged in each time-division,the number of physical examinees can be effectively controlled,the queuing time of physical examination users can be reduced,and the satisfaction of physical examination users can be further improved.
