摘　　要：通过将不同量的VAE乳液添加到丙烯酸防水涂料中,考察VAE乳液添加量对涂料干膜厚度及涂布量、干湿比、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率的影响。结果发现随着VAE乳液用量增加,涂料的干膜厚度增大,涂布量、干湿比减小,但并非添加量越多越好;随着VAE乳液用量增加涂膜拉伸强度增大,断裂伸长率减小。Different dosages of VAE emulsion were added to acrylic waterproof coatings,and the effects of different dosages of VAE emulsion on dry film thickness,applied quantity,dry-wet ratio,tensile strength,and elongation at break were studied.The results showed that as the dosage of VAE emulsion increased,the dry film thickness of coatings increased and the applied quantity and the dry-wet ratio decreased,but a higher dosage was not necessarily better.As the dosage of VAE emulsion increased,the tensile strength of coatings film increased and the elongation at break decreased.
