摘　　要：本文综述了白藜芦醇衍生物构效关系研究。研究表明,白藜芦醇衍生物具有与白藜芦醇相似甚至更优的活性,并可能具有更优的药代动力学性质。白藜芦醇衍生物因取代基种类、数量和位置的不同,分别在抗氧化、保护心血管、抗肿瘤、抗菌等方面表现出了不同的药理学和毒理学性质。In this paper,the structure-activity relationship of resveratrol derivatives was reviewed.Many researches showed that resveratrol derivatives have similar or even better activities compared with resveratrol,and may have better pharmacokinetic properties.Resveratrol derivatives show different pharmacological and toxicological properties in antioxidant,cardiovascular protection,anti-tumor,antibacterial and other aspects due to different types,quantities and positions of substituents.
