摘　　要：FKBP脯氨酰异构酶10(FK506 binding protein 10,FKBP10)是编码FKBP65的基因,定位于17q21.1,属于FKBP型肽基脯氨酰顺反式异构酶家族,编码一组被称为免疫亲和素的蛋白质。它位于内质网中,起分子伴侣的作用。许多研究发现,FKBP10基因与多种疾病密切相关。本文就近年来FKBP10基因在疾病中作用的研究进展予以综述。FKBP10(FK506 binding protein 10)is a gene encoding FKBP65,which located on17q21.1,belonging to the FKBP type peptidyl prolyl cis-trans isomerase(PPIase)family,encoding a group of proteins called immuno-avidin.These proteins are mainly localized in the endoplasmic reticulum and act as molecular chaperones.Many studies have found that FKBP10 is closely related to many diseases.This paper reviews the research progress of FKBP10 in the relationship between many tumor diseases and non-tumor diseases in recent years.
