摘  要:农用升降机是农作物运输过程中最常用的机械工具,在升降机运行时如果运输速度不平稳往往会造成粮食滑落,进而影响作业速度,甚至造成粮食的破损。为提高农用升降机速度调整的响应速度和精确程度,将变频调速系统引入到升降机的控制系统上,并采用模糊控制实现速度的自动化PID调节。为验证系统的可靠性,采用模糊PID控制系统对农用升降传输设备进行调速测试。结果表明:采用PID模糊控制器可以使电机变频调速过程平稳过渡,不会出现太大的速度波动,从而保证了升降传输设备的平稳运行。Agricultural elevator is the most commonly used mechanical tool in the process of crop transportation.When the elevator runs at an unstable speed,it will often cause food slippage,which will affect the operation speed,and even cause food damage.In order to improve the response speed and accuracy of speed adjustment of agricultural elevator,it introduced the variable frequency speed regulation system into the control system of the elevator.And it realized the automatic PID regulation of speed by using fuzzy control.In order to verify the reliability of the system,it carried out the speed regulation test of the agricultural lifting transmission equipment by using the fuzzy PID control system.The test results show that the use of the PID fuzzy controller can make the motor frequency conversion speed regulation process transition smoothly without too much speed fluctuation,thus ensuring the smooth operation of the lifting transmission equipment.
