摘 要:利用折线形结构减少瓶坯的法向厚度并增大表面积,增强坯身与模具之间的导热,从而提高PET瓶坯的冷却效率。在条件相同的前提下,设计了将常规坯身转换为折线形坯身的方案。以22.28 g PET瓶坯为例,设计折线形坯身的瓶坯,利用Moldflow对瓶坯进行瞬态冷却分析,并进行实验验证。在相同条件下,瓶坯注塑时冷却效果提升16.30%。The broken line structure was used to reduce the normal thickness of the preform and increase the surface area to enhance the heat conduction between the body and the mold,which could improve the cooling efficiency of the PET preform.Under the same conditions,a scheme for converting the conventional body into a broken-line body was designed.Taking 22.28 g PET preform as an example,a preform with broken-line preform body was designed,and the preform for transient cooling was analyzed by Moldflow,and the experimental verification was carried out.Under the same conditions,the cooling effect increased 16.30%when the preform was molded.
