摘　　要：高等职业教育的根本任务是培养面向生产、建设、管理和服务第一线需要的动手实践能力强,同时具有良好职业道德的高素质技能型专门人才。沈阳职业技术学院建筑工程学院结合本院专业特点打造特色校企合作模式,以行业引领,校企双向服务合作新模式,构建地坪产业人才培养体系,填补地坪行业系统化人才培养空白,解决企业相关高技术技能型人才严重短缺的问题,实现校企共建产业学院,服务新兴行业发展。The fundamental task of higher vocational education is to cultivate high-quality skilled professionals with strong practical ability and good professional ethics for the needs of production,construction,management and service.School of Architectural Engineering of Shenyang Polytechnic College creates a characteristic school enterprise cooperation mode based on the specialty characteristics of the college.Led by the industry,it builds a new mode of two-way service between schools and enterprises,builds a floor industry personnel training system,fills the gap of the systematic training and solves the serious shortage of high-tech skilled talent,realizing the co-building of industrial college by schools and enterprises and serving the development of emerging industries.
