企业技术情报服务平台原型设计——以某风电企业技术情报平台建设为例

摘　　要：为了聚焦企业技术情报的搜集、分析、传递与评估等工作,更好地积累与管理技术情报资源,节省情报人员与技术人员的沟通成本,提高企业创新效率与效益,针对某风电企业技术情报工作中存在的问题,采用mockplus原型设计工具,搭建某风电企业技术情报服务平台。平台拟设置动态信息、资料库、资源导航、情报需求、情报团队等栏目。初期,平台以服务公司内部技术创新为主,后期可根据平台发展状况和公司需要,逐渐实现对外开放服务。本研究处于技术情报平台的原型设计阶段,是平台架构的初步设计,后续的平台搭建与技术实现,均需网络技术人员运用相关网络技术提供支撑。In order to focus on the collection,analysis,transmission and evaluation of enterprise technical information,accumulate and manage technical information resources better,save the communication cost between intelligence personnel and technician,and improve the innovation efficiency of enterprise,aiming at the specific problems in the technical information work of a wind power enterprise,this paper uses a software named mockplus to build the technical information service platform of a wind power enterprise.The platform plans to set up columns such as dynamic information,database,resource navigation,intelligence needs,and intelligence team,etc.At the initial stage,it will mainly serve the internal technical innovation of the company,and at the later stage,it can gradually realize external service according to the development status of the platform and the needs of the company.This study focus on the prototype design of the technical information platform,which is the preliminary design of the platform architecture.The subsequent platform construction and technical implementation require network technicians to provide support by using relevant network technologies.
