摘 要:公立医院绩效分配制度作为薪酬管理体系的重要组成部分,一直以来备受关注,随着北京市医药分开综合改革的实施,医疗服务项目价格大幅调整,对公立医院医疗行为、功能定位、运营管理提出新的要求,公立医院绩效分配工作面临新的挑战。文章以北京市某大型三甲综合医院新绩效分配方案为例,总结分配原则及优势,同时为公立医院绩效分配工作提供参考及建议。As an important part of the salary management system,performance allocation system in public hospital has always been in the spotlight.Along with the implementation of comprehensive reform of medical separation in Beijing and the price adjustment of medical service items,new requirements for medical behavior,function orientation and operation management of public hospital are being put forward,public hospitals are facing new challenges in performance allocation.Though taking a performance allocation plan of a large third class general hospital in Beijing as example,the article summarizes the principles and advantages of the allocation as well as providing reference and suggestions for performance allocation in the public hospital.
