摘　　要：在对高压电机少胶绝缘系统的研究中,绝缘结构减薄是电机提高效率,降低成本的重要因素,现通过对绕组采用玻璃布云母带和薄膜云母性能及绕包方式的研究,设计开发10kV高压电机绝缘减薄结构,实现电机,主绝缘减薄,降低中心高,从而降低制造成本。In the research of low-glue insulation system of high-voltage motor,the thinning of insulation striuctiure is an important factor of improving the efficiency of motor and reducing the cost of motor.Through researching the performances and the wrapping methods of glass clotli mica tape and thin film mica tape used in the windings,the thinned insulation structure of 1OkV high-voltage motor is designed and developed to realize the thinning of main insulation of tlie motor,reduce the center height of motor,and then reduce the manufacturing cost of motor.
