新型酶制剂Symbex对茶叶产量、品质及土壤基本肥力的影响

摘　　要：Symbex是由美国Agri-K公司研发出来的一种新型微生物酶和新陈代谢催化剂。本文采用田间小区试验方法,研究了施用不同剂量Symbex产品(即,清水、50倍液、100倍液、150倍液、200倍液和250倍液)对茶叶产量、品质及土壤基本肥力的影响,结果表明:与CK(清水)处理相比,施用不同剂量的Symbex产品可增加茶园芽头密度2.7%~25.3%、百芽重提高3.6%~21.1%、节间长增加5.3%~21.1%;全年鲜茶青产量提高7.6%~37.9%;春茶的茶多酚增加9.4%~41.4%、氨基酸提高7.1%~39.3%、可溶性糖提高8.7%~65.2%、水浸出物提高7.5%~43.9%;并且茶园耕层土壤的有机质提高2.4%~29.8%、碱解氮提高13.7%~98.1%、有效磷提高26.2%~98.0%和有效钾提高24.4%~102.2%。Symbex is a new type of microbial enzyme and metabolism catalyst developed by American Agri-K Company.In this paper,a field trial method was used to study the effects of different doses of Symbex products(i.e.,clear water,50-fold dilution,100-fold dilution,150-fold dilution,200-fold dilution,and 250-fold dilution)on the yield,quality of tea and basic soil fertility.The results showed that compared with CK(clear water)treatment,the application of different doses of Symbex products could increase bud density of tea garden by 2.7%-25.3%,hundred-bud weight by 3.6%-21.1%,and internode length by 5.3%-21.1%,increase the annual yield of fresh green tea by 7.6%-37.9%;increase the tea polyphenols of spring tea by 9.4%-41.4%,amino acids 7.1%-39.3%,soluble sugar 8.7%-65.2%and water extract 7.5%-43.9%,and increase the soil organic matter of the cultivated layer of tea garden by 2.4%-29.8%,the alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen by 13.7%-98.1%,the available phosphorus by 26.2%-98.0%and the available potassium by 24.4%-102.2%.
