摘　　要：《庄子》关于和谐社会的思想比较丰富,其主要内容包括:和谐社会的前提是君臣民各安其位,各尽其能;和谐社会的要义是顺民性;和谐社会的显著特征是公平公正;和谐社会要求礼义法度应时而变;人与自然和谐相处是社会和谐的重要方面;和谐社会需要消除不和谐因素。结合社会实际对这些思想进行传承、转化和创新,对于当今社会建设具有一定积极意义。Social harmony thoughts in ZhuangZi are relatively abundant.The main contents are as follows:The premise of social harmony is that the king,ministers and people each stand on their own positions and exert their talents fully;the essence of social harmony is the conformity to aspiration of people;the prominent feature of social harmony is fairness and justice;the requirement of social harmony is that laws and etiquette should change according to the objective environment;the important aspect of social harmony is to keep harmony between man and nature;the demand of social harmony is to eliminate the factors of disharmony.Therefore,it is positively significant for the construction of present harmony society to inherite,transform and innovate these positive and reasonable thoughts combined with the reality of contemporary society.
