摘　　要：顽固性咳嗽是原发性肺癌常见的严重并发症。在我国肺癌的治疗已取得突破性进展,但肺癌合并顽固性咳嗽的患者长期被各种症状困扰,治疗难度较大,而且目前肺癌合并顽固性咳嗽的治疗及系统管理仍未受到重视,尤其是关于咳嗽的治疗系统报道较少,经验用药及单纯对症治疗现象较为普遍,在药物治疗方面也缺乏系统规范的管理。目前肺癌合并顽固性咳嗽的治疗主要以各类药物治疗为主。近距离放射疗法由于剂量标准的设定仍存在问题,因此限制了其广泛运用。咳嗽抑制训练是一种新型治疗顽固性咳嗽的理念,为未来咳嗽的治疗提供了新思路。Intractable cough is a common serious complication of primary lung cancer.In China,a breakthrough has been made in the treatment of lung cancer,however,patients with intractable cough have been troubled by various symptoms for a long time,which is difficult to treat.At present,the treatment and systematic management of lung cancer complicated with intractable cough have not been paid due attention to,especially that the treatment system of cough is rarely reported,the phenomenon of empirical drug use and symptomatic treatment is relatively common,and there is also a lack of systematic and standardized management in the drug treatment.At present,the therapy for lung cancer complicated with intractable cough is mainly treated with various medicines,while there are still some problems in the setting of dose standard for brachytherapy,which limits its wide application.Cough inhibition training is a new concept for the treatment of intractable cough,which provides a new idea for the treatment in the future.
