胃癌组织中S100A2的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的分析胃癌组织中S100钙结合蛋白A2(S100A2)的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2014年12月陕西省核工业二一五医院收治的105例胃癌患者的病历资料,所有组织标本均来源于术中切除组织,其中胃癌标本均采自原发病灶处,癌旁组织来源于距离胃癌原发病灶5 cm的胃壁组织,正常胃组织来源于距离胃癌原发病灶5 cm外的胃壁组织,且经病理学检查为正常胃黏膜组织。比较胃癌患者不同组织中S100A2的表达情况,并分析S100A2表达与胃癌患者临床病理特征之间的关系。结果癌组织S100A2的阳性表达率低于癌旁组织、正常胃黏膜组织[75.24%(79/105)比92.38%(97/105)、100%(105/105)](P<0.01);各组织中S100A2的表达分级比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中癌组织与癌旁组织、正常胃黏膜组织的S100A2表达分级比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。TNM分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期与Ⅲ~Ⅳ期,病灶组织中高分化与低分化、未分化,侵犯脉管与未侵犯脉管,未发生淋巴结转移与淋巴结转移的S100A2表达分级比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。经等级资料Spearman分析得出,S100A2表达情况与胃癌患者的TNM分期、侵犯脉管及淋巴结转移均呈负相关(r=-0.246,P=0.011;r=-0.424,P<0.001;r=-0.210,P=0.032),与分化程度呈正相关(r=0.518,P<0.001)。结论S100A2在胃癌组织中低表达与胃癌患者TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移、是否侵犯脉管等病理特征有关,其阳性表达率降低可能提示胃癌TNM分期高、分化程度低、淋巴结转移等,临床可考虑通过早期检测胃癌患者的S100A2表达水平来辅助评估患者的病理特征。Objective To analyze the expression of S100 calcium binding protein A2(S100A2)in gastric cancer tissue and its relationship with the clinicopathological features.Methods The medical records of 105 patients with gastric cancer admitted to the No.215 Hospital of Shaanxi Nuclear Industry from Jan.2010 to Dec.2014 were retrospectively analyzed:all tissue samples were derived from tissues resected during surgery,among which the gastric cancer specimens were collected from the primary lesion,the paracancerous tissues were derived from the gastric wall tissues 5 cm from the primary lesions,and the normal gastric tissues were derived from the gastric wall tissues 5 cm away from the primary lesions and with normal pathological examination results.The expression of S100A2 in different types of tissues was compared,and the relationship between S100A2 expression and the clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of S100A2 in cancerous tissues was lower than that of paracancerous tissues and normal gastric mucosal tissues[75.24%(79/105)vs 92.38%(97/105),100%(105/105)](P<0.01).There were significant differences in S100A2 expression grades among different tissues(P<0.01),and there were significant differences in S100A2 expression grades of cancer tissues with paracancerous tissues and normal gastric mucosa tissues(P<0.01).There were statistically significant differences in S100A2 expression grades between TNM stageⅠ-Ⅱand stageⅢ-Ⅳ,moderate and high differentiation,low differentiation and undifferentiation,vascular invasion and no vascular invasion,no lymph node metastasis and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05 or P<0.01).According to Spearman analysis of grade data,S100A2 expression was negatively correlated with TNM staging,vascular invasion and lymph node metastasis of the patients with gastric cancer(r=-0.246,P=0.011;r=-0.424,P<0.001;r=-0.210,P=0.032),and was positively correlated with the degree of differentiation(r=0.518,P<0.001).Conclusion The low expression of S100A2 in gastric cancer
