摘 要:借助CIE的L^*a^*b标准色度学系统,研究了柚木、花梨和红栎装饰薄木经不同参数等离子体改性处理前后的材色变化特征。结果表明,随着放电功率的增大、处理速度的减慢,3种类木材装饰薄木明度降幅下降,处理前后色差均呈现增大趋势;红栎薄木材色经等离子体改性处理后的变色最显著,花梨桃次之,柚木变色相对最小,且柚木受等离子处理的影响相对较弱。红栎装饰薄木表面变色主要由明度变化所致,柚木和花梨经等离子体改性处理的变色机制主要与明度、红蓝度和黄绿度等色相有直接关系。放电功率高于3 kW时,装饰薄木表面易出现蚀刻过度现象。With the help of CIE's L^*a^*b standard colorimetric system,the color characteristics of teak,rosewood,and red oak decorative veneer before and after plasma modification were studied.The results showed that with the increase of the discharge power and the slowing down of the processing speed,the brightness of the three types of decorative veneer decreased,and the color difference before and after the treatment showed an increasing trend.Significantly,the red oak veneer color had the most obvious discoloration after plasma modification,followed by rosewood decorative veneer,and the teak veneer had relatively minimal discoloration.The discoloration of the red oak decorative veneer surface was mainly caused by the change of lightness.The discoloration mechanism of teak and rosewood by plasma modification was mainly directly related to the hue of lightness,red-blue and yellow-green.When the discharge power was higher than 3 kW,the surface of decorative veneer was prone to over-etching.
