卫矛醇通便功能人体试验研究

摘　　要：为探讨单一食用一定剂量的卫矛醇对人体通便的作用,采用随机双盲法将52名便秘者分为试食组和安慰对照组,每组各26人。试食组服用卫矛醇,对照组服用安慰剂,均为每日一次,每次1袋(2 g),服用时间14 d,进行下列检查:排便次数、排便状况、粪便性状。结果表明,试食后试验组与对照组比较,试食组的排便次数增加(P<0.05)、排便状况、粪便性状均有改善(P<0.05)。试食前后自身比较,试食组的排便次数增加(P<0.01)、排便状况、粪便性状均有改善(P<0.05),对照组的排便次数、排便状况、粪便性状均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:每日食用2 g卫矛醇具有通便作用,且对受试者身体健康无不良影响。In order to explore the function of single consumption of a certain dosage of dulcite on human defecation.52 persons with constipation are divided into test group and control group according to random and double blind method,with 26 persons in each group.Test group receive dulcitol,and control group receive placebo.The dosage is one time a day,1 sack(2 g)every time.After 14 d medicine,the following examinations are done,including defecation times,defecation status and fecal traits.Through the comparison of test group and control group,the number of defecation in the test group increases(P<0.05),and defecation status and fecal traits improve(P<0.05).There is an increase in defecation frequency(P<0.01),defecate situation and fecal traits improve significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in defecation times,defecation status and fecal traits in the control group(P>0.05).The daily consumption of 2g dulcitol has defecation effect and has no adverse effects on the health of the subjects.
