数字化校园建设与高校管理工作探讨

摘　　要：对数字化校园建设与高校管理工作进行探讨。分析了数字化校园建设与高等院校管理工作的必要性,能够化解招生数量和师资数量之间的矛盾,解决信息孤岛问题,满足师生对服务的个性化需求。数字化校园建设对高等院校管理工作产生了积极影响,利用网络平台开发了数字化图书馆系统、校园一卡通服务系统、远程教育系统,等等。高等院校管理工作的内容主要包括后勤管理、日常事务管理、行政事务管理、教育教学管理、学生管理,等等,需将其与数字化校园建设相结合。提出了数字化校园建设与高等院校管理的有效策略,如积极转变思想观念,构建长效校园管理机制,丰富资源库内容。数字化校园建设可以更好地协调学校管理阶层和各职能部门之间的工作,最高管理人员做出的决策可以通过校园网直接下发到基层,管理工作的效果与效率得到了明显提高。The research explores the digital campus construction and colleges and universities management,analyzes the necessity of digital campus construction in colleges and universities management.We can resolve the contradictions through digital campus construction,such as the conflict between recruit students number and teachers,information Isolation Island and the individual demand of teachers and students.Digital campus construction has positive influence on colleges and universities management,such as the development of digital campus system,campus card service system and tele-education system,etc.The content of colleges and universities management mainly includes logistics,daily routine,civil service,education and student management,etc.We should integrate digital campus construction with colleges and universities management.Effective strategies of digital campus construction and colleges and universities management are proposed,such as the transformation of ideology,the long-acting mechanism of campus management and abundant resource contents.Digital campus construction can better adjust the work between college management echelons and all functional departments.The decisions made by the highest managers can be sent to the grass roots through campus internet,so the management work effect and efficiency has improved obviously.
