摘　　要：分析阳光体育运动在体育教学中的实践策略,借助多媒体教学工具,将艺术文化与体育课堂相结合,弘扬传统体育运动,为体育课堂注入新活力。提出有效构建阳光体育运动运行体系的路径,有目标体系、监督体系、协同体系、评价体系、保障体系。We analyze the practical strategies of sunshine physical exercise in physical teaching,including resorting to multimedia teaching tools,combining art culture with physical courses and promoting traditional physical exercise in order to transfuse vitality for physical courses.It is suggested to effectively construct the pathway of sunshine physical exercise operation system,i.e.goal,supervision,synergy,evaluation and security system.
