企业环保投入、政府补助与经营绩效——基于农业上市公司实证研究

摘　　要：基于2012—2019年我国农业上市公司数据,从农业绿色发展视角研究政府补助对企业环保投入与农业企业经营绩效的影响。研究表明:农业企业环保投入与政府补助显著正相关;滞后一期企业环保投入对农业经营绩效有正向促进作用;政府补助可以提升当期农业企业经营绩效;政府补助在农业企业滞后一期环保投入与经营绩效之间有着部分中介作用。由此,说明十八大以来政府绿色兴农政策颇有成效,并建议建立农业绿色发展激励机制,设立持续性政府补助发放的资质审查机制,规范环境会计信息披露等。Based on the data of agricultural listed companies in China from 2012 to 2019, the paper studied the effect of government subsidy on investment in environmental protection and operation performance of agricultural enterprises from the perspective of green agricultural development. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between investment in environmental protection of agricultural enterprises and government subsidy, and one phase-lagged investment in environmental protection has a positive effect on agricultural operation performance. Government subsidy can improve the operation performance of current agricultural enterprises and plays a mediating part between the one phase-lagged investment in environmental protection and the operation performance of agricultural enterprises.Thus, it explains that the government’s green agricultural policy has been quite effective since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC. It suggests establishing an incentive mechanism for green agricultural development and a durative qualification examination mechanism for government subsidy and standardizing the disclosure of environmental accounting information.
