世界优秀男子柔道60kg、66kg级运动员的技战术特征研究

摘　　要：技战术的特征是柔道运动员竞技能力的主要决定因素。本文运用文献资料法、视频分析法、专家访谈法等方法,为了探究出选取而来的近两年世界柔道大奖赛、柔道大满贯两大赛事共计125场比赛的前三名选手(截至2018年10月国际柔联的世界排名)的技战术特征,从而能够为2021年东京奥运会提供一定的训练实践借鉴。研究认为:世界优秀男子60kg、66kg级柔道运动员均具有扎实全面的基本技术、高效的技术使用成功率,在大赛中“一本”的场均得分在0.37次左右,“技有”的场均得分在0.56次左右。兼备着快速灵敏的进攻能力及严密的防守能力,他们在大赛中“一本”分值的得分比例占到42%,“技有”分值的得分比例占到57%;其技战术具有“快”“狠”“变”“转”的特征。Technical and tactical characteristics are the main determinants of judo athletes,competitive ability.Using the methods of literature,video analysis,and expert interviews,the top three players in the 125 competitions of these two years World Judo Grand Prix,and Judo Grand Slam were selected as of October 2018 Analysis of the technical and tactical characteristics of Roulian.It can provide a reference for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.It is believed that:Have a solid and comprehensive basic technology,efficient technology use success rate.In the competition,the average score of“IPPON”was about 0.37 times,and the average of“WAZA-ARI”was about 0.56 times,equipped with fast and sensitive offensive capabilities and have strict defensive capabilities.In the competition,their“IPPON”scores accounted for 42%of the scores,and“WAZA-ARI”scores accounted for 57%of the scores;The 60kg and 66kg men,s technical and tactical characteristics have the characteristics of“fast”,“ruthless”,“change”and“turn”.
