摘  要:刺玫果野生资源丰富,具有明显的提高免疫力、改善人体疲劳和壮阳等保健功能,是一种多营养,多功能,多用途的药食同源宝贵资源。本研究以果蝇为模型生物,通过果蝇行为学、MDA、SOD、GSH(与抗氧化相关指标)和糖原、LDH、Na^+-K^+-ATP酶、Ca^2+-Mg^2+-ATP酶(与能量代谢相关指标)等为综合考察指标,探讨基于果蝇模式生物的刺玫果抗衰老活性机制。结果显示,不同剂量的刺玫果醇提物均可延长果蝇寿命;可改善果蝇MDA、SOD、GSH等氧化相关指标和糖原、LDH、Na^+-K^+-ATP酶、Ca^2+-Mg^2+-ATP酶等能量代谢相关指标。刺玫果醇提物可延长果蝇寿命,其机制与提高果蝇抗氧化作用和能量代谢密切相关。研究结果进一步阐明刺玫果抗衰老的作用机制,并为黑龙江省野生果类资源的再利用和产业化深度开发提供理论基础。Rosa davurica Pall.is rich in wild resources,and has obvious health functions,such as improving immunity,improving human fatigue and tonifying yang.This study explored the anti-aging mechanism of Rosa davurica Pall.based on Drosophila model organisms through observing Drosophila behavior,the changes of MDA,SOD,GSH(antioxidation-related indicators)and glycogen,as well as LDH,Na^+-K^+-ATPase and Ca^2++Mg^2+-ATPase(and energy metabolism-related indicators).The results showed that different doses of alcohol extracts from Rosa davurica Pall.could extend the lifespan of Drosophila.It can improve the oxidation-related indicators,such as MDA,SOD,GSH and glycogen,as well as energy metabolism-related indicators of LDH,N Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca^2++Mg^2+-ATPase.The extract of Rosa davurica Pall.can prolong the lifespan of Drosophila,which mechanism was closely related to improving the antioxidant effect and energy metabolism of Drosophila.The results further clarified the anti-aging mechanism of Rosa davurica Pall.and provide a theoretical basis for the reuse and industrialization of wild fruit resources in Heilongjiang.
