摘　　要：目的分析无痛胃镜联合结肠镜对胃肠道疾病的安全性及有效性。方法选取2016年7月至2019年7月本院收治的120例胃肠道疾病患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组60例。对照组接受常规胃镜与肠镜联合检查,观察组接受无痛胃镜与肠镜联合检查,观察比较两组疼痛程度、检测时间、患者满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组检测时间短于对照组,满意度高于对照组,疼痛程度明显轻于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者呼吸抑制、血氧饱和度下降发生率比较差异无统计学意义,观察组血压下降、心率减慢高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃肠道疾病采取无痛胃镜联合结肠镜检查效果显著,可减轻患者检查疼痛,缩短检查时间,提升患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the safety and efficacy of painless gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy for gastrointestinal diseases.Methods 120 cases of patients with gastrointestinal tract disease from July 2016 to July 2019 in our hospital were selected,they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received the combined examination of conventional gastroscopy and colonoscopy,and the observation group received the combined examination of painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy.The pain degree,detection time,patient satisfaction and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The test time in observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the satisfaction degree was higher than that in the control group,and the pain degree was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in respiratory depression and decreased blood oxygen saturation rate between the two groups.The blood pressure in the observation group was lower and the heart rate was slower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Painless gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy for gastrointestinal diseases can reduce the examination pain,shorten the examination time,improve the satisfaction of patients,and is of high effectiveness,which is worthy of clinical application.
