摘　　要：目的探讨腔镜辅助下小切口甲状腺手术治疗甲状腺良性肿瘤的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年10月本院接受治疗的甲状腺良性肿瘤患者64例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组32例。对照组采用传统开放性手术治疗,观察组采用腔镜辅助下小切口甲状腺手术对患者进行治疗。比较两组患者切口瘢痕满意度和术后并发症发生情况。结果两组患者术后瘢痕非常满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术后引流量、拔管时间、切口长度、术中出血量指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腔镜辅助下小切口甲状腺手术治疗甲状腺良性肿瘤效果显著,能降低患者术后并发症,且美容效果较好。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of endoscopic-assisted small incision thyroid surgery for benign thyroid tumors.Methods A retrospective analysis of 64 patients with benign thyroid tumors treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the observation group was treated with endoscopic-assisted small incision thyroid surgery.The satisfaction of incision scars and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was statistically significant difference in the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with postoperative scars(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had surgery time,postoperative drainage,extubation time,incision length and intraoperative blood loss were all lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The endoscopic-assisted small incision thyroid surgery is effective in treating benign thyroid tumors,can reduce postoperative complications,and has a better cosmetic effect.
