改良低领横弧形小切口对甲状腺腺瘤患者术后康复及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨改良低领横弧形小切口对甲状腺腺瘤患者术后康复及并发症的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月本院接收的72例甲状腺腺瘤患者,按照随机数表法分为两组,各36例。观察组行改良低领横弧形小切口手术,对照组行传统手术,比较两组患者的治疗效果、术后住院时间、术后24 h视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、术后1个月瘢痕美容评分及并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组住院时间较短,术后24 h VAS评分较低,术后1个月瘢痕美容评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.78%,低于对照组的22.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺腺瘤患者应用改良低领横弧形小切口治疗效果较好,可有效缩短术后康复时间,减少并发症,安全性高。Objective To investigate the effect of modified low collar transverse arc small incision on postoperative rehabilitation and complications of thyroid adenoma.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,72 patients with thyroid adenoma received in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with modified low collar transverse arc small incision,while the control group was treated with traditional surgery.The treatment effect,postoperative hospitalization time,visual analog scale(VAS)score 24 h after operation,scar beauty score 1 month after operation and complications were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter hospital stay,lower 24 h VAS score,and higher score of scar beauty one month after operation(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.78%,which was lower than 22.22%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of thyroid adenoma patients with modified low-end transverse arc incision is effective,can effectively shorten the recovery time,reduce complications,high safety.
