摘  要:文中基于平衡线圈法,针对不同性质的金属异物建立了检测电路模型,并给出一种有效的检测方案。异物检测方案采用双发射激励、多接收线圈的检测结构,并应用分时控制的思路去处理线圈阵列上的信号。软件上,针对实际工作中功率波动问题,提出了一种基于统计学的检测算法,对检测信号建立正态分布模型,提高了异物检测的动态性能。实验结果表明:该检测方案可靠性强、灵敏度高,可以实现回形针大小级别的异物检测。Detection circuit models are built for different properties of metallic foreign object and a effective detecting method is proposed.The FOD method has the structure of two sending excitations and multi-receiving antennas,applying time-shared control into processing the signal of array coils.A detection algorithm based on statistic is proposed to handle the problem of power swing in software,which models detecting signal with normal distribution to improve dynamic performance of FOD.The experiments indicate that the method with strong reliability and high sensitivity is capable of detecting foreign object with the size of paperclip.
