基于“药械合一”特色创新人才培养制药工程试点专业建设试探

摘　　要：针对现在制药工业的迅速发展,而国内缺乏既懂制药工艺又懂制药机械的全面性人才的问题,我校改变一贯的单方面学医或者机械的教学模式,培养能够掌握制药工艺与制药机械双重技能,具有多学科融合创新能力,拥有较强社会责任感和职业道德的创新性工程技术人才。有良好的制药工程职业素养,以做出"价廉物美放心药"为己任,有意愿并有能力服务社会;能够在制药工程领域(尤其是制剂工程方面)独立或合作从事制药工程设计、应用研究和生产管理的工作,成为"药械合一"的工程技术人才。而我校所创办的制药工程专业,不仅重视基础知识和基本技能,更加重视与国内外校企合作在人才培养中的作用,将技能培养同生产实际相结合,按照工业生产实际安排实训设备、实训场地,实现教学内容,教学过程与制药行业岗位需求相结合,造就一大批具有高素质、社会责任感、药械合一的应用综合性实践技能的人才。In view of the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry, now the lack of know both domestic pharmaceutical process pharmaceutical machinery comprehensive talents and knowledge of the problem, change consistent unilateral study medicine in our school or mechanical teaching mode, double skills training to master the pharmaceutical technology and pharmaceutical machinery, has a multidisciplinary integration innovation ability, have strong sense of social responsibility and professional ethics of innovative engineering and technical person. Have a good professional quality of pharmaceutical engineering, to make "affordable and safe medicine" as their own responsibility, willing and able to serve the community;Able to independently or cooperatively engage in pharmaceutical engineering design, applied research and production management in pharmaceutical engineering field(especially pharmaceutical preparation engineering), and become an engineering and technical personnel of "combination of medicine and equipment". And established by the school of pharmaceutical engineering specialty, attaches great importance to the basic knowledge and basic skills, not only pay more attention to the role of university-enterprise cooperation in talent training at home and abroad, and combining with actual production skills, according to the actual industrial production arrange training equipment, training area, realize the teaching content, teaching process combined with the pharmaceutical industry position requirements, creating a large number of high quality, social responsibility, medicines and instruments comprehensive practical skills of the application of the unity of talent.
