摘　　要：利用IPA分析法,通过对某市部分高校运动员的问卷调查,构建运动员感知运动会服务质量的重视程度和满意度情况的评价体系.对所得数据进行统计和分析,并在二维象限中将因素重视程度和满意度情况进行归类,了解运动员实际需求和感受.结果表明,对运动会服务质量评价可以从赛事质量、人员交互、参与结果和赛场环境四个方面来进行,且具有一定的可操作性,在服务质量的属性指标中,对服务质量评价较好的,应保持、完善和创新;对服务质量评价较差,应进行重点改善;对需求不高评价也不高的,为次优先改善;对评价虽高需求并不强的,应避免过度关注和浪费.根据运动会服务质量的IPA模型分析,以运动员实际需求与赛事服务质量满意度的现实评价为依据,提出了服务质量的改进与提升、保持与优化的相关策略.The IPA analysis method was used to construct the evaluation system of the athletes’perceived attention to and satisfaction with the service quality of the sports meet through the questionnaire survey of some university athletes in a city.Statistics and analysis were conducted on the obtained data,and the attention degree and satisfaction degree of factors were classified in the two-dimensional quadrant to understand the actual needs and feelings of athletes.The results show that the service quality evaluation of the sports meeting can be carried out from the four aspects of the competition quality,personnel interaction,participation results and the field environment,and it is operable to some extent.Among the attribute indexes of service quality,the service quality evaluation is good,which should be maintained,improved and innovated.The evaluation of service quality is poor and should be improved.If the demand is not highly appraised or high,it shall be the second priority for improvement;Although high demand for evaluation is not strong,excessive attention and waste should be avoided.Based on the IPA model analysis of the service quality of the sports meet and the realistic evaluation of the athletes’actual demand and satisfaction with the service quality of the games,the relevant strategies of improving,enhancing,maintaining and optimizing the service quality were put forward.
