苏北民营企业转型升级的困境及路径选择--以江苏省东海县为例

摘　　要：经济转型、资源环保和企业成本控制等压力驱使民营企业转型升级,而产权结构不合理、战略定位不科学、技术创新能力不足、品牌意识落后和融资难成本高等又影响和制约着民营企业的转型升级。苏北民营企业应通过完善股权结构体系,构建科学治理机制;因时因地因企施策,制定合理战略规划;制定技术创新战略,完善技术跟踪机制;实施品牌创新战略,构建多元协同机制;强化融资政策保障,完善企业信用体系等路径转型升级,进行可持续发展。Private enterprises are forced to transform and upgrade due to the requirements of economic transformation and resource and environmental protection and controlling the increase of enterprise costs.Those enterprises,however,face many problems,for instance,unreasonable structure of property rights,unscientific strategic positioning,limited technological innovation abilities,low brand awareness and high financing costs.To solve such problems,some suggestions are proposed as follows:improving ownership structure system,building a scientific governance mechanism;making a reasonable strategic plan according to the time,place and enterprise;making a technology innovation strategy,improving the technology tracking mechanism;implementing the brand innovation strategy,building a multi-synergy mechanism;strengthening the financing policy guarantee mechanism,improving the enterprise credit system.These suggestions are practically significant for private enterprises'sustainable development.
