摘　　要：以反思性写作为切入点,梳理了叙事医学研究概况,从反思性写作可以使“无形”的情感被感知、使医患的主体间性被发掘、促使作者自我剖析三个方面归纳其特点;并结合临床实践探讨了反思性写作在保护患者隐私、增进医患间互信关系、提升诊治中的判断与决策能力、体现医者利他主义精神等方面的伦理价值;提出在医疗实践中,要树立叙事医学新理念,提升医护人员以共情与反思为主要内容的叙事能力,搭建以平行病历为依托的医患沟通平台,实现反思性写作在缓解医患矛盾、构建和谐医患关系方面的目标。This paper starts with reflective writing,combing the current research of narrative medicine.The features of reflective writing are summarized as:the perception of"invisible"emotions,the exploration of doctor-patient intersubjectivity,and the encouragement of the doctor's self-assessment.The ethical value of reflective writing is discussed from the perspective of clinical practice,namely,the values in protecting patients'privacy,enhancing mutual trust between doctors and patients,improving judgment and decision-making ability in diagnosis and treatment,and the demonstration of altruistic spirit in doctors.It is proposed to establish a new concept of narrative medicine,improve the narrative ability of medical staff with empathy and reflection as the main content,build a communication platform between doctors and patients based on parallel medical records,and realize the goal of reflective writing in alleviating the doctor-patient conflict and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
