摘　　要：目的:观察孟鲁司特钠对嗜酸性粒细胞性胃炎(EG)患儿外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)水平及相关因子的影响。方法:将本院收治的80例EG患儿分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予常规及糖皮质激素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特纳治疗。观察治疗前后患儿EOS水平,并比较治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、Toll样受体-4(TLR-4)、白三烯D4(LTD4)水平。结果:治疗结束后,观察组EOS、TLR-4、LTD4及IgE水平均低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:EG患儿应用孟鲁司特钠治疗是可行的,能有效降低外周血血清EOS浓度,降低TLR-4、LTD4等因子水平,控制炎性进展。Objective:To analyze the effects of montelukast sodium on peripheral blood eosinophils(EOS)level and related factors in children patients with eosinophilic gastritis(EG).Methods:Totally 80 children patients with EG admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups,namely the observation group and the control group.The control group was given conventional treatment and glucocorticoid therapy while the observation group received montelukast sodium on the basis of control group.The level of EOS was observed before and after treatment,and the levels of serum immunoglobulin E(IgE),toll like receptor-4(TLR-4)and leukotriene D4(LTD4)were compared before and after treatment.Results:After the end of treatment,the levels of EOS,TLR-4,LTD4 and IgE of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast sodium is feasible in the treatment of children patients with EG,and it can effectively reduce the concentration of peripheral blood EOS,lower the levels of TLR-4,LTD4 and other factors,and control the inflammatory progression.
