摘  要:齿轮点蚀是一种常见的齿轮故障,已有研究都把点蚀模拟为固定形状进行计算,不能泛化为全部形状。为此,针对齿轮齿面点蚀发生的原因与扩展速率,基于矩阵方程建立了椭圆形、任意形状、节线附近正态分布多点蚀坑三种不同形状点蚀发生与扩展模型。采用改进势能法计算点蚀齿轮时变啮合刚度(time-varying mesh stiffness,TVMS)。通过MATLAB仿真得出不同点蚀形状TVMS变化曲线,并与已有文献进行对比,验证了本方法的正确性。研究结果表明:随着点蚀的扩展,TVMS逐渐降低,点蚀位置越深、面积越大、中心越靠近单齿啮合区中部,TVMS降低越多。Pitting corrosion is a common fault of gears.Previous studies have simulated pitting corrosion as a specially shape for calculation,which can not be generalized into all shapes.For this reason,aiming at the causes of pitting corrosion on gear tooth surface and its spreading rate,three different pitting models,elliptical,arbitrary shape and Normal distribution multi-pit corrosion pits near pitch line,were established based on matrix equation.Time-varying mesh stiffness(TVMS)of pitting gear is calculated by improved potential energy method.The variation curves of TVMS with different pitting shapes are obtained by MATLAB simulation,and the correctness of this method is verified by comparing with the existing literature.The results show that with the expansion of pitting corrosion,TVMS decreases gradually.The deeper the pitting location,the larger the pitting area and the closer the center is to the middle of the single tooth meshing area,the more the TVMS decreases.
