摘 要:定量斗通过安装在其底部的称重传感器对矿石进行动态称重,由于称重传感器直接承受矿石重量冲击力,导致称重传感器易损坏,降低生产效率。基于定量斗侧壁振动频率随矿石装载高度的变化而改变这一基本原理,提出了一种定量斗装载测量的间接方法。该方法通过测量矿石装载高度间接测量矿石重量,解决了称重传感器因直接承受矿石重量及冲击力易损坏的问题,提高了测量装置的可靠性和使用寿命。The quantitative hopper weighs the ore dynamically through the weighing sensor installed at bottom of the hopper,the weighing sensor is easily damaged, and the production efficiency is reduced because the weighing sensor directly bears the impact force of ore weight. Based on the principle that the vibration frequency of the side wall of the quantitative hopper changes with the ore loading height,an indirect method for quantitative hopper loading measurement was proposed. This method indirectly measures the weight of the ore by measuring the the loading height of ore,solves the problem that the weighting sensor is easy to be damaged due to directly bearing the ore weight and impact force,and improves the reliability and service life of the measuring device.
