摘  要:目的评价泪小管断裂双套环引导置管吻合联合内眦韧带减张术治疗外伤性泪小管断裂的效果.方法对南京医科大学第二附属医院2017年9月至2019年6月收治的外伤性泪小管断裂合并内眦韧带断裂71例(71只眼)的临床资料进行回顾性分析.在手术显微镜下寻找到泪小管鼻侧断端,采用双套环引导泪小管置管吻合联合内眦韧带减张修复术修复断裂,术后3~6个月拔管,观察治疗有效率和并发症.结果术后观察溢泪症状及泪道冲洗结果显示64只眼治愈(90.14%),2只眼好转(2.82%),5只眼无效(7.04%).术后无并发症发生.结论双套环引导置管联合内眦韧带减张术治疗泪小管断裂合并内眦韧带断裂效果确切,早期观察无并发症.Objective To evaluate the efficacy of double-ring guided intubation combined with medial canthus ligment relaxation suture in anastomosis of canalicular laceration for the treatment of traumatic canalicular laceration.Methods The clinical data of 71 eyes of 71 cases of traumatic canalicular laceration combined with medial canthus ligment laceration from Sep.2017 to Jun.2019 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were analyzed retrospectively.The nasal broken end of lacrimal canaliculus was found under the operating microscope.Then double ring guided intubation in combination with medial canthus ligment relaxation suture was applied to repair canalicular laceration.The silicone stent was extracted for 3 to 6 months postoperatively.The effective rate and complication were observed.Results At 3 to 6 months after extubation,epiphora and lacrimal passage irrigation showed that 64 eyes were cured(90.14%),2 eyes improved(2.82%),and 5 eyes were invalid(7.04%).No complication occurred.Conclusion Double-ring guided intubation combined with medial canthus ligment relaxation suture in anastomosis of canalicular laceration is therapeutically effective.
