摘　　要：目的利用文献计量方法分析头颈部腺样囊性癌(ACC)研究领域的高被引论文特征和研究进展。方法通过检索Elsevier Scopus数据库对100篇关于ACC的高被引论文的引用频次、研究主题和热点、贡献作者和机构、载文期刊分布等引文特征进行分析。结果100篇关于ACC论文的被引总次数为14052次。临床诊断(30篇)、治疗(20篇)、分子遗传学(19篇)、预后(14篇)、流行病学(13篇)是ACC研究领域的主要研究主题。手术、放疗、分子c-kit/表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)靶向治疗、成髓细胞病病毒癌基因同源物-核因子IB(MYB-NFIB)融合基因和关于c-kit表达情况的研究是ACC研究领域的研究热点。美国M.D.Anderson Cancer Center(12篇)、Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center(5篇)和University of Virginia Health System(3篇)是排名前三位的贡献机构。载文期刊篇数最多是Cancer(10篇),其次是Modern Pathology(6篇)、Oral Oncology(6篇)和International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery(6篇)。结论本文分析的头颈部ACC研究领域的高被引论文特征、研究主题和研究热点,为头颈部ACC的诊断治疗和相关研究提供参考。Objective To analyze the characteristics and research progress of highly cited papers in the field of adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC)of head and neck by bibliometrics.Method Based on Elsevier Scopus database,the citation,research topic hotspot,contribution authors and institutions and the journals of top-100 most cited ACC papers were analyzed.Result Top-100 ACC papers were cited 14052 times.Clinical diagnosis(30 articles),treatment(20 articles),molecular genetics(19 articles),prognosis(14 articles)and epidemiology(13 articles)were the main research topics of ACC.Surgery and radiotherapy,molecular c-kit/epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)targeted therapy,myeloblastosis viral oncogene homolog-nuclear factor IB(MYB-NFIB)fusion gene and c-kit expression were the research hotspots.M.D.Anderson Cancer Center(12 articles),Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center(5 articles)and University of Virginia Health System(3 articles)were the top three contributing institutions.Cancer(10 articles),followed by Modern Pathology(6 articles),Oral Oncology(6 articles)and International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery(6 articles).Conclusion The characteristics,research topics and hotspots of the most cited papers on ACC analyzed,provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of head and neck ACC and related research.
