摘 要:为了准确探究旋风分离器内部流场规律,提高旋风分离器分离效率和优化旋风分离器结构参数,基于RSM湍流模型建立旋风分离器数值模型。文章研究了旋风分离器内气相流场的速度分布、压力分布和湍动能分布规律,并通过实验验证数值模拟结果具有较好的准确性。模拟结果表明:切向速度在径向位置呈明显的“W”形分布,从外壁沿径向先增大后减小;轴向速度在圆柱段对称性较好,在锥体段分布不对称;径向速度较小,速度方向指向中心,在分离器底部区域最大。静压在中心轴线处是负值,形成了负压区;动压在内旋涡和外旋涡交界面上最大;总压的分布规律与静压类似。湍动能和湍动能耗散率沿半径方向基本呈轴对称分布,且壁面区域的湍流剧烈,能量耗散高。To accurately explore the law of the internal flow field of the cyclone separator,improve the separation efficiency of the cyclone separator and optimize the structural parameters of the cyclone separator.The numerical model of the cyclone separator is established based on the RSM turbulence model.The article studies the velocity distribution law,pressure distribution and turbulence structure law of the gas phase flow field in the cyclone separator,and verifies that the numerical simulation results have good accuracy through experiments.The simulation results show that the tangential velocity presents an obvious“W”shaped distribution in the radial position,which increases first and then decreases from the outer wall in the radial direction;The axial velocity is symmetrical in the cylindrical section,but asymmetrical in the cone section;The radial velocity is small,and the velocity direction points to the center,which is the largest in the bottom area of the separator.The static pressure is negative at the central axis,forming a negative pressure zone;The dynamic pressure is the largest at the interface between the inner and outer vortices;The distribution of total pressure is similar to static pressure.Turbulent kinetic energy and turbulent energy dissipation rate are axially symmetrical along the radial direction,and the turbulence in this area is intense and energy dissipation is high.
