摘 要:拖拉机是一种用途非常广泛的农业机械,其传动系统的设计大多停留在传统水平上,阻碍了拖拉机整体性能的提升。ANSYS是一种大型通用有限元分析软件,具有多种接口和良好的兼容性,在产品设计中展现出广阔的应用前景。为此,以东方红轮式拖拉机为平台,由三维UG软件建立传动系统的几何模型,并在几何模型及静态应力测试基础上,基于ANSYS对变速箱进行齿轮轻量化和轴心位置尺寸优化,并降低驱动功率损失率。试验结果表明:ANSYS对传动系统的优化明显提高了拖拉机的动力性能和经济效率。Agricultural machinery has higher production efficiency and represents the future development direction of agriculture.The tractor is a very versatile agricultural machine.The design of the transmission system mostly stays at the traditional level,which hinders the overall performance of the tractor.ANSYS is a large-scale universal finite element analysis software with a variety of interfaces and good compatibility,showing a broad application prospect in product design.In this study,the geometric model of the transmission system was established by the three-dimensional UG software with the oriental red wheel tractor as the platform.Based on the geometric model and static stress test,the gearbox is lightened and the axial position size is optimized based on ANSYS,and the drive power loss rate is optimized.The test results show that the optimization of the transmission system by ANSYS significantly improves the dynamic performance and economic efficiency of the tractor.
