摘　　要：前列腺癌根治术是局限性前列腺癌的标准治疗方式。但是,前列腺癌根治术后可能出现尿失禁和勃起功能障碍等并发症。鉴于血管神经束(NVB)在尿控和性功能中的重要地位,作用首次提出了卷管法保留NVB的达芬奇机器人前列腺癌根治术。本文对卷管法保留NVB的关键技术进行总结,希望能减少术后并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量。Radical prostatectomy is the standard treatment for localized prostate cancer.However,patients may suffer complications such as urinary incontinence and erectile dysfunction.Considering the important role of neurovascular bundle(NVB)in urinary and sexual function,we first proposed the reelpipe approach for nerve sparing during robot-assisted radical prostatectomy.In this paper,we will summarize the key techniques of reelpipe approach for nerve sparing,which can reduce postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of prostate cancer patients.
