摘　　要：目的分析鱼骨柏拉图在降低眼科门诊老年患者视力检查的漏查率中的效果。方法选取2017年1月~2017年12月于安徽省滁州市第一人民医院眼科门诊就诊的老年患者500例为研究对象,对患者视力检查漏诊的原因采用鱼骨柏拉图进行分析,同时制定针对性措施,严格规范眼科门诊的就诊流程。比较实施鱼骨柏拉图前后患者视力检查漏查率、患者满意度及门诊医护人员自我能力评价情况。结果实施鱼骨柏拉图干预后眼科门诊老年患者视力检查漏查率明显低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。实施鱼骨柏拉图干预后眼科门诊老年患者满意度明显高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。实施鱼骨柏拉图干预后眼科门诊医护人员的治疗内容掌握程度、沟通协调能力、发掘问题能力、工作积极性、团队凝聚力自我评价得分均明显高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论鱼骨柏拉图可显著降低眼科门诊患者视力检查的漏查率,同时提高患者满意度,有利于改善门诊医护人员的自我能力,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of the fishbone Plato on reducing the missing rate of vision examination for older patients in ophthalmic clinic.Methods 500 older patients in ophthalmic clinic of the First People's Hospital of Chuzhou were selected between January 2017 and December 2017.The causes for missing the vision examination were analyzed by using fishbone Plato,and targeted measures were formulated to strictly regulate the medical service procedure in ophthalmic clinic.The examination rate,patient satisfaction and self-assessment of medical staff's ability were compared before and after the implementation of fishbone Plato.Results After the implementation of fishbone Plato,the missing rate of visual examination was significantly reduced(P<0.001),the patient satisfaction was significantly increased(P<0.001),and the score of self-assessment of medical staff's ability was significantly raised(P<0.001)compared with that before intervention.Conclusion Fishbone Plato might reduce the missing rate of vision examination for older patients in ophthalmic clinic,improve patient satisfaction,and improve the comprehensive ability of medical staff.
