木质素无醛胶黏剂在实木复合地板生产中研究与应用

摘　　要：实木复合地板因其较高的性价比和舒适性能而被消费者青睐,无醛添加、绿色环保将是实木复合地板未来发展趋势和目标。本文从木质素无醛胶黏剂涂布量、冷压时间和热压时间3个方面,研究探索多层实木复合地板压贴1.2 mm厚度的栎木、柞木、水曲柳、桦木和黑胡桃等常见树种单板时的浸渍剥离性能,最佳工艺条件是涂布量以130 g/m2为宜,冷压时间30 min,热压时间200 s。Engineered wood flooring was favored by consumers because of its high cost performance and comfort performance.Formaldehyde-free and green product would be the trend and goal during the development of engineered wood flooring.This study explored the dip peel application of 1.2 mm Quercus.spp.,Quercus mongolica,Fraxinus mandshurica,Betula spp.,and Juglans nigra.for multi-layer engineered wood flooring from three aspects,the adhesive coating amount,cold pressing time and hot pressing time,respectively.The optimal process was 130 g/m2 coating amount,30 min cold pressing time and 200 s hot pressting time.
