莫沙必利联合多潘立酮片治疗老年功能消化不良效果及对胃肠激素和胃肠动力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨老年功能消化不良(FD)患者联合应用莫沙必利与多潘立酮片治疗效果及对其胃肠激素及胃肠动力影响。方法选取消化内科2018年1月~2019年12月间收治的老年FD患者64例作为研究对象,按照双色球法分为对照组与研究组,对照组单纯服用枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,研究组加用多潘立酮片治疗,持续治疗3周,评估疗效及安全性,并比较治疗前后胃肠激素及胃动力情况。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率(90.63%)高于对照组(65.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者CCK、SS、VIP水平均较治疗前显著降低,且研究组均明显低于对照组,GAS与MTL水平以及胃排空率、小肠推进率均较治疗前显著增加,且研究组水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组药物不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论莫沙必利与多潘立酮联合用于FD患者治疗,可协同促进患者病情改善,有效调节其胃肠激素水平,促进胃排空,疗效确切,安全可靠。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of combined use of mosapride and domperidone tablets in elderly patients with functional dyspepsia(FD)and its influence on gastrointestinal hormones and gastrointestinal motility.Methods A total of 64 elderly FD patients admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology in hospital between January 2018 and December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the study group according to the two-color ball method.The control group was treated with mosapride citrate tablets alone.The study group was treated with domperidone tablets for 3 weeks to evaluate the efficacy and safety,and compare the gastrointestinal hormones and gastric motility before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group(90.63%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(65.63%)(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of CCK,SS,and VIP in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control In the group,the levels of GAS and MTL,gastric emptying rate,and small intestinal advancement rate were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the level of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of mosapride and domperidone in the treatment of FD patients can synergistically promote the improvement of the patient’s condition.It should effectively regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormones and promote gastric emptying.The effect is accurate,safe and reliable.
