基于人力资源管理视角的商业银行操作风险影响因素分析

摘　　要：商业银行操作风险防范已经成为当前银行风险管理的重点研究内容。然而目前,对于我国国有控股商业银行发展中操作风险的影响因素进行分析的研究却比较少。为此,从国有控股商业银行山西省分行入手,对其各影响因素进行了调查研究与分析探讨,选取员工行为与部门行为两大类因素,采用Pearson相关分析法进行研究。结果显示,个人行为与部门行为之间很多要素具有相关性,这些相关性为操作风险的防范提供了理论依据与借鉴之处。从个人行为和部门行为视角提出了操作风险防范的建议,旨在为我国国有控股商业银行在操作风险防范和管理方面,提供理论依据与实践指导。The prevention of operational risks of commercial banks has become the focus of bank risk management.However,there are few studies on the influencing factors of operational risks in the development of state-owned commercial banks in China.Therefore,starting from the Shanxi branch of a state-owned commercial bank,the influencing factors were investigated,analyzed and discussed.Two types of factors,employee behavior and departmental behavior,were selected and Pearson correlation analysis method was used to conduct research.The results show that there are correlations between individual behavior and departmental behavior,which provide theoretical basis and reference for the prevention of operational risks.From the perspective of individual behavior and departmental behavior,suggestions on the prevention of operational risks are put forward,aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the prevention and management of operational risks of state-owned commercial banks in China.
