摘  要:为探讨“00后”大学生心理健康问题现状,采用《中国大学生心理健康量表》对5696名大学生进行调研。结果显示,“00后”大学生总体心理健康状况良好,但在个别症状因子上得分较高,在性别、是否独生子女及生源地类别上存在显著差异。从个体、家庭、社会等方面分析了“00后”大学生心理健康问题的产生原因。高校可通过开展新生适应性心理辅导、针对不同类别群体进行分层次心理健康教育、完善心理健康教育服务机制等三方面来更好地完善心理健康教育工作。In order to explore the mental health status of"post-00s"college students,5696 college students were investigated by using The Mental Health Scale of Chinese College Students.The results showed that the overall mental health status of"post-00s"college students was good,but some individual symptom factors scored rather higher,and there were significant differences in gender,the only child and source of birth.The analysis of the reasons based on individual,family and social factors indicated that colleges and universities can improve mental health education by developing adaptive psychological guidance for freshmen,providing mental health education at different levels for different groups,and improving the service mechanism of mental health education.
