摘 要:目的了解西藏地区某高校医学专业本科生的死亡教育态度现状。方法采用自设一般资料调查表和死亡教育态度问卷,整群抽样调查西藏某高校医学院793名在校大学生。结果调查对象死亡教育态度得分为(45.90±7.09)分,对死亡教育持较为积极的态度,但76.92%的被调查者不了解死亡教育;不同民族、家庭所在地、年级、临终患者照护经历和死亡话题讨论对医学生的死亡教育态度有影响。结论有必要开展死亡教育相关培训,但教育者需结合当地特色,针对不同学生的需求提供个性化、多样性和贴近学生实际的死亡教育培训。Objective To investigate the attitude of medical undergraduates on death education in Tibet University.Methods A total of 793 college students from a medical college school of Tibet university were surveyed by using self-designed general data questionnaire and death attitude questionnaire.Results The score of death education was(45.90±7.09),and the attitude of death education was positive.But nearly 76.92%of students did not know about death education.Different nationality,student origin,grade,death topic discussion and hospice care experience were the influencing factors of medical students'attitude towards death education.Conclusion It is necessary for educators to carry out personalized,diverse and practical death education training according to the needs of different students and local characteristics.
