摘 要:文章介绍了高年资护士的定义,从护理教育、护理管理、社区护理服务、护理质量方面综述了高年资护士的职业角色,指出高年资护士存在压力适应不良、专业化定位欠明晰、职业高原现象高发的职业现状,并提出促进压力适应、力趋多元化转岗路径、有效应对职业高原的建议,旨在为管理者采取有效措施改善高年资护士职业现状提供参考,进而改善高年资护士职业发展状况。The paper introduced the definition of senior nurses,and summarized the professional roles of senior nurses from the aspects of nursing education,nursing management,community nursing service and nursing quality.It pointed out that senior nurses had poor adaptation to pressure,lack clear professional orientation and encounter high incidence of occupational plateau phenomenon.It also put forward suggestions on the promotion of pressure adaptation,diversification of job transfer path and effective job matching.The aims to provide reference for managers to take effective measures to improve the professional status of senior nurses,so as to improve the career development of senior nurses.
