宫颈癌根治术患者膀胱管理指标体系的构建研究

摘　　要：目的初步构建宫颈癌根治术患者膀胱管理指标体系。方法基于文献回顾及临床实践初步构建宫颈癌根治术患者膀胱管理指标体系,采用专家咨询法对11名专家进行函询修订指标,采用层次分析法确定各指标权重。结果两轮专家咨询的积极系数均为100%,两轮专家权威程度系数均为0.914,专家评价结果的变异系数均<0.25。最终形成贯穿宫颈癌根治术患者诊疗全程的膀胱管理指标体系,包括2个一级指标、29个二级指标。结论宫颈癌根治术患者膀胱管理指标体系可用来评价宫颈癌根治术患者膀胱管理质量,并为系统性膀胱管理措施的制订提供依据。Objective To construct a bladder management index system for patients with radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer.Methods Literature review and clinical practice experience were applied to draft the first version of the bladder management index system.Delphi expert consultation among 11 experts was used to revise the draft.Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to get the weight of the indexes.Results Response rate of the two rounds Delphi consultation were all 100%,while expert authority coefficient of the two rounds were 0.914.All variable coefficients of second-level indexes were less than 0.25 after the second consultation.The final index system consisted of 2 first-level indexes and 29 second-level indexes.Conclusion The bladder management index system can be used to evaluate the quality of bladder management and as a framework for the building of bladder management intervention measures for patients with radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer.
