摘  要:采用Box-Behnken试验设计法,以茶皂素提取率及纯度为指标获取最佳工艺,利用热重分析仪来分析不同纯度茶皂素的热稳定性能。结果表明,茶皂素的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数84%、浸提温度80℃、浸提时间3 h和液固比10∶1(mL/g);在此工艺下,茶皂素提取率及纯度实测值分别为13.52%和63.92%,与预测值基本一致。由热重分析可知,当分解温度<430℃时,茶皂素纯度越高,其热稳定性越差;当分解温度>430℃时,两者关系正好相反;当分解温度700℃时,茶皂素纯度越高,其高温残碳性能越好。优化后提取工艺简单,具有可同时满足以茶皂素提取率及纯度为指标的优点,且高纯度茶皂素具有良好的热稳定性能。Taking the extraction rate and purity of tea saponin as the indexes,the best extraction process was obtained by Box-Behnken test design method,and then the thermal stability of tea saponin of different purity was analyzed by TGA.The results showed that the best extraction of tea saponin process was ethanol mass fraction 84%,temperature 80℃,time 3 h and liquid-solid ratio 10︰1(mL/g),and the extraction rate and purity of tea saponin were 13.52%and 63.92%respectively under this process,which was basically consistent with the predicted value.The rmogravimetric analysis showed when the decomposition temperature<430℃,the purity of tea saponin was the higher and its thermal stability was worse;When the decomposition temperature>430℃,the relationship was just opposite;When the decomposition temperature was 700℃,the purity of tea saponin was the higher and its high temperature carbon residue performance was better.The optimized extraction process was simple and had the advantages of simultaneously satisfying the extraction rate and purity of tea saponin,and the higher purity tea saponin had good thermal stability.
