摘  要:按照ISO 4730:2017标准,对不同方法提取和不同材料储存的茶树油进行理化指标的跟踪测定,考察产品质量变化。结果表明,互叶白千层枝叶采收后2个月内加工,茶树油质量和得率基本不受影响;水蒸气蒸馏提取茶树油,松油烯-4-醇对映体分配保持不变;保存在棕色玻璃瓶和铝瓶中的茶树油,6个月内产品中松油烯-4-醇对映体分配基本不变,对伞花烃含量显著增加。试验结果为茶树油质量的进一步研究提供参考。According to ISO 4730:2017 standard,the physical and chemical indexes of tea tree oil extracted by different methods and stored by different materials were determined to investigate the quality changes.The results showed that the quality yield of tea tree oil was not affected by processing within 2 months after harvesting the branches and leaves of Melaleuca alternifolia.The enantiomer distribution of t terpinen-4-ol of tea tree oil extracted by steam distillation remained unchanged.Stored in brown glass bottles and aluminum bottles,the enantiomer distribution of terpinen-4-ol in the products remained basically unchanged within 6 months,and the content of cymene increased significantly.The results provided reference for further research on tea tree oil quality.
