摘  要:冷库监控方式的自动化、信息化水平对保证食品贮藏质量、降低运行成本、节能降耗等具有重要意义。针对目前冷库监控方式存在自动化、信息化程度低等问题,在LabVIEW平台设计了一种小型冷库监控系统。采用Modbus通信协议实现了监控主机与采集设备之间的通信,完成了本地工况数据采集、动态曲线显示、报警、存储、历史数据查询等功能的设计,并将本地数据通过MQTT协议发送至OneNET服务器,实现了工况数据的远程监测,设计了模糊控制系统,对电子膨胀阀进行了改进控制。系统运行试验表明,系统性能稳定,操作方便,人机界面友好,满足设计要求。The level of automation and informatization in cold storage is of great significance to assurance the food quality,decrease equipment cost and decrease energy cost.Aiming at the problems of low automation and low informatization for monitoring methods of current cold storage,a monitoring system based on LabVIEW for small cold storage is designed.The Modbus communication protocol is used to realize the communication between the main monitoring computer and the acquisition devices,and the functions such as local working condition data acquisition,dynamic curve display,alarm,storage and historical data query are designed.Besides,through the MQTT communication protocol,the local data is sent to the OneNET server to realize remote monitoring.A fuzzy control system is designed to improve the control of electronic expansion valves.The test shows that the system has the characteristics of stable performance,convenient operation and friendly man-machine interface,which meets design requirements.
