摘  要:八月瓜具有很高的营养价值及保健功能。对八月瓜特征活性成分齐墩果酸、多酚、黄酮、常春藤皂苷元、果胶的提取方法进行探讨,并对八月瓜深加工产品开发、综合利用进行综述,分析制约八月瓜产业化发展的主要原因,提出八月瓜亟待解决问题,加快八月瓜产业化发展进程。Akebia had high nutritional value and health function.The extraction methods of akebia characteristics,active ingredients oleanolic acid,polyphenols,flavonoid,ivy saponin and pectin were discussed,and the development and comprehensive utilization of akebia deep processing products were summarized.The main reasons restricting the development of akebia industrialization were put forward,and the problems that akebia urgently needed to be addressed were put forward in order to accelerate the development process of akebia industrialization.
