摘　　要：2020年是中国杰出的现当代剧作家、戏剧教育家曹禺先生诞辰110周年。曹禺先生在中国戏剧事业上的贡献已为世人所共识,不仅如此,曹禺先生的才华和贡献,还表现在他的戏剧教育事业中。曹禺先生60年在戏剧教育岗位上的领导与言传身教,培养了我国几代戏剧、影视艺术的优秀人才,包括戏剧艺术的教学人才。他是一位贡献卓越的戏剧教育家,是一位书写"教育诗篇"的园丁!他的教育思想与实践,他对自己的学生、对年轻戏剧工作者的教诲和爱护,都是我们应该继承的文化财富。The year 2020 marks the 110th anniversary of the birth of Cao Yu,a Chinese prominent modern and contemporary dramatist and an outstanding educator in drama.Apart from Mr.Cao Yu’s contribution to Chinese drama,which has been recognized by the world,his talent and contribution are also reflected in his theater education.Mr.Cao Yu’s 60 years of leading and teaching in the field of drama education has nurtured several generations of outstanding Chinese talents in drama,film and television art,including educational talents.He is a theater educator with remarkable contributions,he has worked as a gardener who has cultivated“flowers in theater education”!His thoughts and practice in education together with his teaching and love for his students and young theater professionals are all cultural wealth that we should inherit.
